DIY Diaper Jeep

Looking for a creative way to gift diapers for a baby shower? Or for the diaper raffle? I have a really cool idea for you.

I found the diaper cake idea by browsing through YouTube and finally finding a lady who made a Jeep. I used her foundation for the Jeep and then did my own construction after that. Here is her video.

Here are the tools I used to make the Diaper Cake Jeep:

• Large Cardboard box

• 75 Diapers (I used size 1)

• Twine

• Black Ribbon (thick for the tires)

• 5 Toilet paper rolls

• Orange and Yellow Tissue Paper

• Tape

• Glue Gun and Glue Sticks

• One Swaddle Blanket

• Large Rubber bands

• Stapler

• Black Paint

I didn't film myself making the whole Jeep. I recommend you check out the Jeep video I linked to at the beginning of this blog post. Her instructions to make the foundation of the Jeep is fantastic. She also used poster board and not cardboard like I did. Her end result and my end result is different because I chose to do different things. You can copy her idea or mine, or create your own Jeep!

My inspiration for the Jeep cake is our 1988 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.

It was so fun to make this Diaper Cake Jeep for a friend's baby shower. Crafts can be used to deliver gifts in unique ways!
